The rosé comes from the grapes of Motepulciano D'Abruzzo. After the hand harvesting of the grapes, the crushing, destemming and soft pressing are carried out, immediately separating the must from the skins. The vinification continues inside temperature controlled steel tanks where, at the end of the fermentation, an ageing period of 3 months will follow. A very delicate claret pink with hints of flowers and fresh fruit with herbaceous nuances distinguish this Rosato from the classic Cerasuolo. The freshness and persistence are perfectly balanced with a slightly almond finish.
