The fantastic and exquisite Clos Clara is only made from exceptional barrels and is a rare find (production of only 500 bottles per year!). It’s a highly powerful red wine, with a bouquet of ripe fruits and earthy notes, while its palate is long, spicy and tannic. Very complex notes of mushroom, tobacco, chocolate, ripe fruit and oak. Truly extraordinary! Clos Clara is slow to reveal itself, and will benefit from oxygenating before tasting.
Pair the pronounced personality of this wine with strong and tasty meat dishes such as game and foie gras, and with hard cheeses.

- 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged 22 months in French oak foudres
14,5% alcohol
The wine is not filtered to preserve the best of their smelling and tasting qualities. Some sediments can consequently be found.
